How it works
Join at 11pm, train at midnight
There is no orientation appointment and no key fob to collect. The whole thing happens on your phone.
- Pick a plan and sign up online The Join button opens the member portal. Choose monthly, quarterly, annual or family and pay there. No sign-up fee on any plan.
- Put the member app on your phone Your membership links to the app, and the app is your key. It opens the door every hour of every day, holidays included.
- Walk in whenever you want 4am before a shift, 10pm after the kids are down, Sunday afternoon. The floor, the saunas and the wall are yours whenever you show up.

Is it really open 24 hours?
Yes. Members get app based door access and can train any hour of any day, holidays included.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No long contract. Monthly memberships run month to month with no sign-up fee, and you can cancel or put one on hold from the member portal or at the desk before your next billing date. Quarterly and annual plans are paid for the term up front, which is why they cost less per month. The exact notice terms are in the short agreement you sign when you join, and you can read it before you pay.
Is there someone here if I am new to lifting?
Yes. Two coaches train out of Legacy and both take beginners. Book a consult and they will walk you through the floor.
Do you have showers?
No showers. There are two infrared saunas on site, and the changing area is for getting in and out of gym clothes.
