Who these terms are with
Legacy Gym is the trading name of Legacy Wooster LLC, 3065 Lincoln Way E, Wooster, OH 44691, (330) 621-5947. Using this website, buying a membership or a day pass, or texting us means you accept these terms. Our privacy policy says what we do with your information.
The website
The site is here to tell you about the gym and to let you join, book a free day pass or reach a coach. Everything on it is ours or used with permission. Do not copy it, scrape it, or try to break it. We may change the site or these terms at any time; the date at the bottom tells you when we last did.
Memberships
Memberships are sold and managed through our member portal, run by GymMaster. The plan, price, billing date, holds and cancellation rules are the ones shown in the portal when you sign up, together with the membership agreement you sign there. If anything here disagrees with that agreement, the agreement wins. Members get 24/7 door access through the app for their own use only; letting someone else in on your access ends your membership.
Day passes
A free day pass is one visit for one person aged 18 or over, or 16 and over with a parent present, who has not held a pass or membership with us before. Bring photo ID, sign the waiver at the desk, and use the pass during staffed hours. Paid day passes and visitor passes follow the terms shown in the portal when you buy them.
Training and safety
Training is physical and carries risk. Every member and visitor signs a waiver before using the floor, follows staff instructions, re-racks their weights and reports any injury or broken equipment straight away. We may refuse or end access for unsafe or abusive behaviour.
Text messages
If you tick the box on our day pass form, or text DAY PASS or LEGACY to our number, you agree to receive text messages from Legacy Gym about your pass, your membership and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop and HELP for help, or call us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share your number or your consent with anyone for their own marketing. You must be 18 or older to opt in to text messages from us.
Personal training
Coaching is arranged directly with the coach named on this site. Their prices, packages and cancellation terms are agreed between you and them.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Legacy Wooster LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the website or from training at the gym, beyond what the signed waiver and membership agreement provide. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Ohio law.
