Personal training in Wooster

Train with someone who has done it before

One on one coaching on the floor at Legacy: strength, fat loss, getting back after a layoff, or learning the lifts properly so you stop guessing. You book the coach, not a front desk.

The coaches

Pick the person, then the plan

Each coach has their own page, their own hours and their own way to get in touch. Read them, then reach out to the one who sounds like your kind of training.

What coaching covers

Built around you, not a template

Every plan starts from where you actually are: training history, schedule, recovery, and what you want out of it.

  • Strength training Structured programming, progressive overload and proper lifting technique.
  • Muscle building Programming, nutrition guidance and recovery that add up to growth.
  • Fat loss Sustainable plans built for the long run, not crash diets or unrealistic expectations.
  • Beginner coaching Confidence in the gym while you learn form, exercise selection and how a session is built.
  • Athletic performance Speed, explosiveness, conditioning and overall athletic ability.
  • Accountability Regular check-ins, progress tracking and a coach who notices when you miss.

How it works

Four steps, none of them a sales call

The consultation is with the coach, about you. It is not a pitch.

  1. Talk to the coach A consultation about your goals, training history and experience. With the coach, not a salesperson.
  2. Get your plan A workout plan written for your body, your schedule and what you are after.
  3. Train together Regular sessions on the floor for technique, accountability and adjustments as you change.
  4. Keep the habit Track progress, hit milestones, and keep the routine that got you there.

Questions

Coaching, answered

Do I need experience?

No. Coaching is for everyone, from someone who has never stepped into a gym to someone with years behind them.

How often do I meet my coach?

It depends on your goals and your week. You and the coach settle that in the consultation.

Do I get a custom workout?

Yes. Every coaching client gets programming built around their own goals and abilities.

Can coaching include nutrition?

Nutrition guidance can be part of it, depending on your goals and the package you and the coach agree on.
