Who we are
Legacy Gym is the trading name of Legacy Wooster LLC, 3065 Lincoln Way E, Wooster, OH 44691. You can reach us at (330) 621-5947. Our terms of service cover memberships, day passes and texting.
What this site collects
This website does not ask you to create an account and does not sell anything directly. If you contact us through a form or by text, we keep what you send us (your name, your phone number or email, and your message) so we can reply to you. That is it.
Joining and membership
Signing up for a membership happens in our member portal, which is run by GymMaster. Anything you enter there (payment details, your membership record, your door access) is handled under their systems and their terms, not on this website.
Analytics and cookies
We use website analytics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to see which pages are read and where visitors come from. If we turn on website analytics, this section will name the tool, say what it measures, and explain how to opt out. Until then, this site sets no tracking cookies.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except the services that make the site and the gym work (our website host and our member management system). We do not sell your information and we do not send it to advertisers.
Your choices
Ask us to delete anything you have sent us and we will. Call the gym or email us and it is done.
Text messages
If you tick the box on our day pass form, or text DAY PASS or LEGACY to our number, you agree to receive text messages from Legacy Gym about your pass, your membership and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or your texting consent with anyone else for their marketing. If you call and we miss it, we may text you back once so you can reach us.
How we protect it
Everything this site sends travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Day pass requests, enquiries and your texting consent are stored in our own systems and with our form and messaging providers, and only the gym's staff can see them. We keep them only as long as we need them to run the gym, and we delete them when you ask. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not promise more than that.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information through it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
